What about motion discomfort?

This is probably the most asked question.  The answer is to not worry about the motion. The ships today are very big and have the latest stabilization, so most of the time, you'll hardly know you're at sea.  If you feel queezy in the stomach, eat an apple and saltine crackers...and the queeziness should go away.  If you feel whoozy in the head, you may want to use special wrist bands to help your equalibrium.  If these two options don't seem to work, visit the ship's doctor and ask for "the shot" which will help you with any motion difficulties throughout the duration of the cruise. The key is to not worry about the motion.
