Global Cruise Centers has secured group space for the March 29th departure
out of San Diego to the Mexican Riviera. The ship will be the Oosterdam with Holland America Line, and will visit Cabo
San Lucas, Mazatlan and Puerto Vallarta. Cruise-only rates start at only $602.42 per person for an inside Category J stateroom
and based on four passengers per stateroom.
To purchase Airfare through Holland America Line it would cost $599
plus a $35.72 tax. This airfare is very high compared to what you can find on sites like Travelocity & Orbitz.
For example I recently did an airfare search on Travelocity from Minneapolis to San Diego for $327 per person including taxes,
however you must find a flight that arrives into San Diego no later than about 1:00pm which may drive the pricing up
to rates like $461. You might be able to save a little money if you book airfare for the night before, and stay
in a hotel in San Diego one night. At Global Cruise Centers we are
a Cruise Only Travel business, so we do not book airfare unless we use the airfare provided by the cruise line.
Some may have frequent flyer miles they might want to use. I can certainly help anyone with where to book
