A seasoned Cruise Industry Executive,
Mr. Bruce Nierenberg has held numerous professional and influential roles that in some ways have foundationally shaped the
way the cruise industry looks like today. Bruce was responsible for bringing Norwegian Caribbean Cruise Lines’ balance
sheet from a significant loss to one of the most profitable cruise lines in the late 70’s. Mr. Nierenberg was instrumental
in securing the SS France and converting it to the SS Norway, creating the first “Mega Cruise Ship”. A number
of standards we enjoy today in the cruise industry are from the mind and creativity of Bruce Nierenberg, and some of the “Industry
Firsts” include: the “out-island” concept, the first national Air/Sea program, and the first computerized
reservations system. Bruce has held numerous Senior Executive roles with a number
of cruise lines like: Norwegian Caribbean Cruise Lines and NCL, he created the “Cruise-to-nowhere” concept with
SeaEscape, Bruce was the Founder and Managing Partner of Premier Cruise Lines and the “Big Red Boat” at the very
beginning, then he became the President & CEO from 1998 to 2000, and he was the CEO of the Delta Queen Steamboat Company,
the largest American flag cruise operator. Bruce is an avid golfer, he plays tennis, enjoys scuba and boating, and coaching
